Privacy Policy
This Policy describes how Aerquix S.A.S. ("Aerquix", "we") processes the personal data it collects through aerquix.com and its digital channels. We adhere to Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326, its implementing regulations and to international privacy-by-design principles.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Aerquix S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71892456-7, with registered office at Av. del Libertador 4720, Floor 12, C1426 CABA, Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can reach us at info@aerquix.com or write to the Data Protection Officer at privacy@aerquix.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data we need to deliver the service: identification data (first and last name), contact data (email and, optionally, phone), the content of the message you send via the form, and technical metadata (truncated IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not request financial or sensitive data on this site.
3. Purposes
We use your data to reply to enquiries, share crowdlending opportunities, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and improve the site. We never sell or transfer our contact databases to third parties for their own marketing.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your freely given, informed consent (sec. 5 of Law 25,326), on pre-contractual execution, on compliance with legal duties, and on the legitimate interest of operating and protecting the platform.
5. Third parties and transfers
We share data with technology providers acting as processors (hosting, analytics, messaging) under contractual clauses that guarantee standards equivalent to local ones. When an international transfer is applicable, we apply contractual safeguards under section 12 of Law 25,326 and AAIP Disposition 60-E/2016.
6. Retention
We keep data only for the time strictly needed for the stated purpose, and in any case no longer than 60 months from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires more. Contact data used only to reply to enquiries is anonymised after 24 months.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update, erase and keep confidential your personal data. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Exercise your rights at privacy@aerquix.com. The Agency of Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), least-privilege access control, continuous monitoring, annual pentesting and staff training. No system is perfect, therefore we will notify incidents affecting your rights within 72 hours of becoming aware of them.
9. Minors
The site is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you notice that a minor has submitted information, please write to us and we will erase it immediately.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will be posted at this URL with its update date. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice via our usual channels.
