1. Purpose

Aerquix operates a technology platform providing information about real estate crowdlending opportunities in Argentina. The site is informational; any actual participation is instrumented through specific agreements with the developer counterparts.

2. Nature of the information

The information published does not constitute financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, nor does it imply a public offering under Argentine Law 26,831 on Capital Markets. Each user must assess the suitability of participating based on their own profile and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice.

3. Risks

Every real estate investment carries risk, including partial or total loss of capital. Returns are variable and depend on each project's performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and published estimates are projections subject to market conditions.

4. Permitted use

The site must be used in accordance with the law and good faith. Automated scraping, reverse-engineering attempts, sending of malicious code or use of the site for unlawful purposes — including money laundering or terrorism financing (Law 25,246) — are prohibited.

5. Accounts and verification

To participate as an investor, an identification process (KYC) and source-of-funds verification may be required, complying with the rules issued by the Financial Information Unit (UIF) and other competent bodies.

6. Intellectual property

The contents of the site (text, trademarks, graphics, code, images, design) are the property of Aerquix S.A.S. or its licensors and are protected by Law 11,723 and international treaties. Total or partial reproduction without written authorisation is forbidden.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aerquix is not liable for loss of profits, indirect damages, or interruptions or errors of the site outside our reasonable control. These limitations do not apply in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence attributable to Aerquix.

8. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party portals. Aerquix is not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms by publishing the new version with its effective date. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Argentine law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, unless consumer regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
